FRIDAY servers wipe every Friday at 11am GMT (2pm MSK).
MONDAY servers wipe every Monday.
Blueprints wipe every 2 wipes.
Blueprints are also wiped after monthly game updates from the developers, regardless of when the last wipe occurred.
All maps are published one day before wipe on our Discord serverin "🌏┇maps". You can find them there.
If you have a Bloody mouse and are having issues connecting to the server, install the latest version of the BLOODY 7 program.
The game itself is quite demanding, so for faster loading times we recommend installing the game onto an SSD drive if you have one.
There are several ways to report a player:
1. Press F7, select the player at the top of the 'REPORT A PLAYER' window and enter the information.
2. Using the /report command, enter the nickname or a part of the offender's nickname as the first word, and then write the text report itself.
This is a legitimate, license-only server. You can't join using cracked/pirated clients.

Connection problems

This message only appears before a wipe. We always start the servers in advance, but we don't let the players in before 11am GMT (2pm MSK). The message shows the time when you'll be able to connect.
The error occurs if you try to log into the server from an old version of the game. To fix this, you need to exit the game and check your Steam downloads. Most likely there's already an update queued and waiting to be loaded.
You are banned on the server you are trying to log into. This ban is not global, so you'll be able to access our other servers. The ban can either be from the game (sometimes EAC can ban people for 5-15 minutes), or for exceeding the player limit.
If you're having trouble connecting that are not described in this section, send us a message through our VK group.

First things first, make sure that you have logged into the server using the same account which you have used to authorize in the store.
If the accounts are different, send us a message through our VK groupand explain the situation.
If the account is the same, then the store and cart at the moment overloaded, which usually happens on the first day of the wipe. In this case, you can either wait for your purchases to load, or try later.
Make sure that your store balance didn't go negative. If it did, send us a message through our VK group.

Don't worry ahead of time, the money will definitely come, but later. We cannot speed up this process, as we have no control over it. Just wait.
If the money has not arrived after a day, send us a message through our VK group, make sure to include your SteamID and the exact time of payment (can be found in the bank transcation history or using the check in your e-mail).
The balance can go negative if you've been purchasing goods too fast when the store was overloaded.
You can cancel recent purchases in your profile, in the ”Purchases” section.
If the purchase can not be canceled (cases, for example), send us a message through our VK group and explain the situation, make sure to include your SteamID or a profile link.
If you have topped up the wrong account's balance instead of your own, you can transfer money to the right one through your profile in the ”Transfers” section.
You can only transfer funds that have not yet been spent. If you've cancelled your purchases, the returned balance will become a bonus balance and you won't be able to transfer it.
Bonus balance is awarded through promo codes, magic pass or when you cancel your purchases.
If you're trying to transfer money that was received from a promo code or magic pass, then don't even bother trying. It won't work.
If you're trying to transfer money after cancelling purchases, send us a message through our VK group and explain the situation.
You can't. If you've mistaken the account and have already purchased something, it won't be possible to transfer your purchases to the correct account. You will have to cancel the purchases.

You cannot cancel the service activation on your own. You can reach out to us by sending a message through our VK groupand ask to cancel, but there are a few conditions that have to be met:
1. If it's a kit or a package that has kits - the kits themselves must remain untouched. If you have already received a kit, your will be denied a refund.
2. No more than one hour should pass from the moment of activation. If you reach out to us any time later than that, you will be denied a refund.
When submitting a refund request, make sure to specify your SteamID (or a Steam profile link) and the server number (#) where the service was activated.
If you have mistaken the server (or just want to move to another one), you can always transfer your services to another server through the ”SERVICES” section.
Click the ”Transfer services” button and confirm the rransfer.
After that, go to the new server and click the ”Claim transferred services” button in the ”SERVICES” section.
When buying packages, you can choose the server on which it will be activated within 10 minutes.
Activating other services (backpack, metabolism, etc.) or packages you get from cases is impossible.
Yes! All packages are compatbile with each other. If said packages have similar perks, but with different values (tp time, rates, etc.), then the best one will be chosen.
If you have activated VIP and GOD, then rates and tp time will be taken from the GOD privilege (no matter the order you activate them in).
Priority queue only comes with full-on packages (VIP, PREMIUM, ELITE, BOSS and GOD).
If you have individual kits of these packages, you won't have a priority queue!
Of course! Everything in the store you can get by simply playing on the server, via Magic Cards™ or through Battle Pass.
